If your brand looks different everywhere, it looks like nobody's in charge.
Your website says one thing, your social media says another, and your business cards look like they're from a different company entirely. Maybe your logo was a rush job from five years ago, or maybe you've just outgrown the DIY phase. Either way, prospects are making snap judgments about your business based on how it looks — and inconsistency signals amateur. A real brand identity gives you a system that works across everything, so every piece of collateral builds on the last instead of starting from scratch.
Built on strategy. Not just aesthetics.
Discovery & Strategy
We start with your business — who you serve, how you want to be perceived, and where the current brand is falling short. This phase produces a brand strategy brief that anchors every design decision.
Concept Development
We develop 2–3 creative directions for the visual identity — logo concepts, color palettes, and type pairings — presented in context so you can see how each direction feels in the real world.
Refinement & System Build
Once a direction is chosen, we refine the logo, build out the full identity system, and develop all supporting elements — patterns, templates, and the guidelines document.
Delivery & Handoff
You receive the complete brand package: all logo files, the brand guidelines document, color and type specs, and collateral templates — organized and ready to use.
Straightforward pricing. Scoped to your needs.
Brand identity projects start at $4,000 for small businesses and scale based on scope and complexity. Every project includes strategy, logo design, color and typography systems, a brand guidelines document, and starter collateral templates. Larger engagements — full rebrands, multi-brand architectures, or enterprise-scale guideline systems — are scoped and priced during the proposal phase.
Most projects take 4–6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. A 50% deposit is due at kickoff with the balance due at delivery.

How long does a branding project take?
+
Most brand identity projects wrap in 4–6 weeks. That includes discovery, concept development, revisions, and final delivery. If your timeline is tight, we can discuss accelerated options during the proposal phase.
What if I already have a logo I like?
+
That's fine. Not every project needs to start from zero. If your logo works but the rest of your brand is inconsistent or undeveloped, we can build the full identity system around what you already have — colors, typography, guidelines, templates, and all supporting elements.
How many logo concepts will I see?
+
You'll see 2–3 distinct creative directions, each presented in context (business cards, signage, digital mockups) so you can evaluate them in the real world, not as isolated graphics. From there, we refine the chosen direction until it's right.
What files do I get at the end?
+
Everything you need. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), raster files (PNG, JPG) in multiple sizes, dark and light variants, a brand guidelines PDF, color and type specs, and editable templates for core collateral. Organized in folders, labeled clearly, ready to hand to anyone.
Can you help with a rebrand, not just a new brand?
+
Absolutely. Rebrands are about half of what we do. Whether you need a complete overhaul or a strategic refresh that evolves what you have without losing recognition, the process is the same — we just start by auditing what's working and what isn't.
Do you do brand strategy or just the visuals?
+
Both. Every project starts with strategy — positioning, audience, competitive landscape, and messaging direction. The visuals are built on top of that foundation. We don't design logos in a vacuum.
