Templates don't know your customers. We do.
Most websites start with a template and work backward — picking a layout first and then trying to cram the message into it. That's why so many sites look the same and say nothing. The homepage slider with stock photos, the vague headline about "solutions," the buried contact form — you've seen it a hundred times. Custom web design flips the process: we start with what you need to communicate and who you're communicating it to, then design every page around that. The result is a site that actually does its job — not just one that exists.
We design it. We build it. One team.
Most clients need both — and working with one team from concept to launch means nothing gets lost in translation between design and development. We handle both, so your site looks exactly like the mockups, works flawlessly, and launches on time. If you already have a developer, that's fine too — we'll hand them everything they need.

Common questions, straight answers.
Do you build the site too, or just design it?
+
Both. Most clients hire us for design and development as a single engagement — one team from concept to launch. But if you have your own developer or internal team, we're happy to deliver the design only. You'll get organized Figma files with everything they need to build it.
How long does the design phase take?
+
Typically 3–5 weeks for a standard business site. That includes discovery, wireframes, full UI design, and revisions. Larger or more complex sites take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline during the proposal phase.
What do I need to provide?
+
At minimum: your logo, any existing brand assets, and a rough idea of your pages and goals. If you have copy ready, great — if not, we can work with placeholder content and adjust as final copy comes in. We'll guide you through what's needed during discovery.
What platform will the site be built on?
+
That depends on your needs, and it's a decision we'll make together. We design platform-agnostic — meaning the design works whether it's built on WordPress, Shopify, or a custom framework. If we're handling development too, we'll recommend the right platform during discovery.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
+
We don't cap revisions during the design phase. We work collaboratively — you see progress throughout, give feedback as we go, and we refine until you're happy. That said, most projects land in 2–3 rounds because we're aligned early from the wireframe stage.
What if I already have a site that needs a redesign?
+
Same process. We audit what's working and what isn't, then design the new version from scratch. A redesign isn't a facelift — it's a chance to rethink the structure, messaging, and user experience from the ground up.
