Designed for the message. Not from a template.

Custom web design built around what your business actually needs to say — wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts that look great, convert visitors, and give your developers (or ours) exactly what they need to build.

Templates don't know your customers. We do.

Most websites start with a template and work backward — picking a layout first and then trying to cram the message into it. That's why so many sites look the same and say nothing. The homepage slider with stock photos, the vague headline about "solutions," the buried contact form — you've seen it a hundred times. Custom web design flips the process: we start with what you need to communicate and who you're communicating it to, then design every page around that. The result is a site that actually does its job — not just one that exists.

The full design phase. Start to finish.

Whether we're building the site too or handing off to your team, the design phase is the same — thorough, collaborative, and built to translate cleanly into code.

🧭

Discovery & Strategy

We dig into your business, your audience, and your goals before we open a design tool. What does the site need to accomplish? Who's landing on it? What action should they take?

Sitemap & Content Architecture

Page structure, navigation flow, and content hierarchy — mapped out before any visuals so the site makes sense to visitors, not just to you.

📐

Wireframes

Layout and structure for every key page, focused on content priority and user flow. No visual design yet — just the blueprint that gets alignment on what goes where.

🎨

UI Design & Prototyping

Full visual design for every page — typography, color, imagery, spacing, responsive behavior. Delivered as interactive prototypes so you can click through the experience.

📱

Responsive Design

Every page designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Not an afterthought — we design for all screen sizes from the start so nothing gets awkward when it shrinks.

📦

Developer-Ready Handoff

Organized Figma files with component specs, spacing tokens, asset exports, and interaction notes. Whether your dev team builds it or we do, the handoff is clean and complete.

We design it. We build it. One team.

Most clients need both — and working with one team from concept to launch means nothing gets lost in translation between design and development. We handle both, so your site looks exactly like the mockups, works flawlessly, and launches on time. If you already have a developer, that's fine too — we'll hand them everything they need.

Collaborative by design. No big reveal.

01

Discovery

We learn your business, your audience, and your goals. We review competitors, audit your current site (if you have one), and define what success looks like.

02

Structure

We map out the sitemap, page hierarchy, and user flows. Then we wireframe the key pages so we're aligned on layout and content priority before any visual design starts.

03

Design

Full UI design, page by page. You see work in progress — not a big reveal after weeks of silence. Feedback is continuous, revisions are built into the process.

04

Handoff or Build

If we're handling development, the design moves straight into our dev pipeline. If you have your own team, we deliver organized Figma files with everything they need.

Straightforward pricing. Scoped to your site.

Web design projects start at $3,000 for smaller sites (5–7 pages) and scale based on page count, complexity, and functionality. Every project includes discovery, sitemap, wireframes, full UI design, responsive layouts, and developer-ready handoff. Larger sites, e-commerce designs, or projects with custom functionality are scoped and priced during the proposal phase. Need development too? We'll quote design and build together as a single engagement.

Most design projects take 3–5 weeks depending on scope and feedback cycles. A 50% deposit is due at kickoff with the balance due at final handoff.

Common questions, straight answers.

Do you build the site too, or just design it?

+

Both. Most clients hire us for design and development as a single engagement — one team from concept to launch. But if you have your own developer or internal team, we're happy to deliver the design only. You'll get organized Figma files with everything they need to build it.

How long does the design phase take?

+

Typically 3–5 weeks for a standard business site. That includes discovery, wireframes, full UI design, and revisions. Larger or more complex sites take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline during the proposal phase.

What do I need to provide?

+

At minimum: your logo, any existing brand assets, and a rough idea of your pages and goals. If you have copy ready, great — if not, we can work with placeholder content and adjust as final copy comes in. We'll guide you through what's needed during discovery.

What platform will the site be built on?

+

That depends on your needs, and it's a decision we'll make together. We design platform-agnostic — meaning the design works whether it's built on WordPress, Shopify, or a custom framework. If we're handling development too, we'll recommend the right platform during discovery.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

+

We don't cap revisions during the design phase. We work collaboratively — you see progress throughout, give feedback as we go, and we refine until you're happy. That said, most projects land in 2–3 rounds because we're aligned early from the wireframe stage.

What if I already have a site that needs a redesign?

+

Same process. We audit what's working and what isn't, then design the new version from scratch. A redesign isn't a facelift — it's a chance to rethink the structure, messaging, and user experience from the ground up.

Let's design a site that earns its keep.

No hard sell. No generic template pitch. Just a conversation about what your site needs to do and how we'll design it to get there.
